Founded by Andrew Baxley, a 2024 graduate of Franciscan University of Steubenville, Baxspin Entertainment LLC was born from a simple mission: making exceptional DJ services accessible to everyone. What started as a college passion for spinning tracks evolved into something much deeper—a calling to create memories that last a lifetime.

The Process

Consultation
Our initial consultation is typically conducted over the phone, though in-person meetings are available upon request. During this discussion, we will outline the full wedding DJ process and present our various pricing options and service packages.

Making a Decision
Once you’re ready to book with Baxspin Entertainment LLC, we ask for a signed contract and a 50% deposit to officially reserve your date. The other half of the payment will be due on the event date. You will receive a copy of the contract. We accept cash, check, PayPal or Venmo.

Planning
Approximately one month prior to your wedding, we will contact you to set up a time to meet in person. During this meeting, we will build out a personalized wedding timeline and also gather information about your music preferences, including any songs or genres you would like to include or avoid, as well as your policy on guest requests. We will also go over key moments such as the first dance, cake cutting, and other special events.
We will be available throughout the planning process to assist you and answer any questions you may have.
